As CUADRALUX is based on a conventional 
container, it can be transported by any lorry with swap-body systems and complies with all transport limits within 16t.

After the supports have been extended, the
CUADRALUX will be hydraulically lowered and automatically leveled. Both the ceiling and floor of the boxes will unfold automatically, and the box walls will simply be inserted by hand. It only takes a few steps for just two persons to easily and completely set up the mobile stable.

Hot-dip galvanized steel has been used for the
stall bars and other parts, and the stall walls are
aluminium profile with local hardwood paneling.
All materials will withstand the heavy loads from
weight, fecal matter, and environmental impacts
for the long term. 

To avoid the annoying lugging of water, the CUADRALUX can be equipped with water tanks installed in the underbody in order to have up to 400 liters of water available at all times. A water pump with 4 bars of pressure will not only allows easy watering but can also be used for hosing down the horses.

The CUARDALUX has a connection for an external power supply (230V), which can be used to control all important devices such as light, sound, and water supply. Optionally, a solar system can be integrated on the roof, as well as on the outer wings.

In addition to the statutory warranty of 1 year for business customers and 2 years for private customers, CUADRALUX offers a 5-year warranty on the structure and a 1-year on the control technology. Annual maintenance of the CUADRALUX will extend the warranty on the maintenance work performed by another year.
